  • I regret that I dropped out of the CTP2 community just after the code was made available. I sat down to piece the code together in a systematic way, but life intervened.

    I'm reading through the "cafe" to try to figure out what everyone was able to do with it. Is there a list somewhere?

      • Any solution to the AI turn freeze? It just sits on "Waiting for other civilization". This was my first war with this mod. Game has never had this problem after playing countless games and I dont have any other modifications to this game.

        Its a shame, really like the stacked combat.

        • It's caused by an animation issue in vanilla and warlords. I think it was fixed in BtS, but I can't confirm it.

          At this point, it's doubtful I'll have time to convert stacked combat to BtS in the near future.

          • Just started playing CivIV (vanilla) and I'm interested in trying this Mod. Just wondering if it works with the v1.74 patch? I hope so, because I've always considered CTP2's combat system to be superior to the single unit combat in Civ.

              Do you have the original code or it and is it annotated to see where changes were made. If so I can take a stab at converting it...

              • I downloaded your SDK from civfanatics and it says it all noted which is great. I attempted a merge after the new patch (and assuming new sdk files) comes out.
