I know alcoholics that claim the same thing.
4 of the last 5 landlords all said the same thing.

I'm not even a fan of doctors having control over our medicine, I sure as hell dont support Ben and politicians making my medical decisions while preaching to me about freedom
Thank God you're not forcing me to pay for your medical care. Oh wait. I'm paying for ****ing contraception.

Do cigarettes impair driving too? After all, all drugs are the same, right?
So far we're 3/3 for pot users and dealers claiming that gettin' high enhances your driving capabilities.

This confirms my own experience in lending my car to pot users. Same attitude. And of course none of 'em are gonna pay me back for getting my car impounded. ****ers.

They say using pot makes them more cautious when driving drunk? I'd believe that... It has the same effect on me.

I'm not an alcoholic but I do know how these chemicals effect my driving better than you

They claim booze doesn't negatively effect their driving pointing to all the times they got home without killing someone. I'm not sure how much weight to give an addict's opinion on how much their drug of choice changes their behavior when they are high though. I'm leaning toward not much.

You're paying for the medical care of obese people, does that give you the right to decide what we all eat too? You complain about your lack of freedom while telling us you get to make our decisions?

I'm merely dealing with what you wrote. I haven't even read Ben's posts this thread. I do know that I'm glad I don't live where you are likely to be driving though.

3/3? Where are you getting these imaginary numbers?

Damn straight it does. I thought you were a libertarian. Pay for your own ****. How do you think I feel about medical pot activists arguing about publicly funded pot when I'm in the grocery store buying my food? I spend more funding other people's **** than I do my own!

So far, Felch, Berz and Sava have all argued in favor of pot making you drive better. All three are quite notable dope activists here.

You should read his posts, you're mimicking his arguments. But I haven't had an accident in ~30 years and I wasn't under the influence of booze or pot or any other drugs when that happened. In fact I've never had an accident while under the influence. I think age is the more relevant factor...So how old are you? I know Ben's a young'en, do ya think he'd complain if his license to drive was lifted because his age group causes more accidents?

So you gripe about your freedom but you claim the right to decide what everyone eats because of obesity? I imagine you'd also have the right to decide how much exercise we get or how much TV we watch too, right? Any part of our lives you consider off limits from your freedom loving dictates?

Thats not true, I said pot makes me less reckless and more cautious when driving drunk

not that I do it any more, I gave up the herb and cut down on the alcohol because I got acid reflux from bad posture and poor eating habits - lying down after late night meals is a no-no.

Now I suppose you'd have the government send nuns armed with rulers around to whack us for poor posture. You're paying for it, Ben...same principle.

Berzerker has already said otherwise. I don't know how this misunderstanding arose but I'm guessing you didn't read properly.
