Hindustan is playing second in turn order. So the problem for me is if the heretics haven't played and we get to say 8-9 hours on the clock and its night time here. But I'd be surprised if the heretics could guarentee to play in the first portion of the turn. Though I can see its a pain following on from the long Egypt-Roman war.

I am sorry but whatever I do I cannot maintain a connection if I am lucky enough to even get the game to download. Something is amiss here as I am able to connect to another game I am in?

Hey Sumeria, when you fail to login a couple of time, it's better to just post a msg here.
Everytime you fail to login, the server starts to leak more resources, up till that the entire pitboss server blocks the server.
I have just restarted, you should be fine now
@All: same for you, if you fail to login for 3-5 times, just drop me an e-mail or something.
If you fail more often I can't even get into the server myself anymore and we all have to wait till I am home.

Nearly back. I got new hard drive but it took me quite a while to solve the failed to render message.
Now I have just got to upgrade to 3.19 and I hope all will be well.

Something strange seems to have happened in that I appear to be 1 Worker down for no reason?
There were 2 building a road and when I moved them this turn there was only 1. I cannot have had a unit disbanded for lack of gold and I very rarely use singleton workers. Is there some spy move that I don't know about to cause this or am I becoming incredibly forgetful? I doubt it is the latter as the road would not have been constructed so quickly with only 1 and another odd 1 has not appeared anywhere.
Is there an explanation for this within game or is it a bug?
Check your stats, there should be an info about how many worker you had and how many you have now.
I checked stats and it shows that I have an even number of workers when I should have odd, 1 was always alone, and shows no losses.
I do not want a re-load unless this is a 'Known Bug' rather than something odd that has happened. Sumeria can live without a worker but it is still annoying. Worse things happen at sea.

Seems I will leave earlier (to a mostly Buddhist country btw), so really need a sub asap. If no volunteers I will leave my civ to a friend, but He is not much into civ, still He could check the things time to time.
Just contact a civ in game that's far away from you but good enough. Why don't you ask Russia?

Don't have to be good player. Actually if the potential sub plays this game and "good" player that means that He is a rival and better not sub for me. Like Russia.. soon they will colonise the whole new world and they are already my top rival
I played my last turn untill Sept 22., automated everything I could, my friend will log in time to time.. hopefully my cities will be where I left them
I wouldn't worry about them moving ... but what flag they will be flying, now that is a different matter!
