New type of diplo game

Have we got 'Raging Hordes' here? It's gone from a no barb situation to a big bad barb one in just a couple of turns.

Barbarians are set to normal.
Maybe you're next to a large empty field, that generates a lot of barbarians.

It's always like this. once we had built enough cities those barbs who had not been allowed to enter our borders start coming. If you kill that wave it will be better. Also don't forget to "fog-bust" with your units. (tip of the day: no barb unit can spawn 1-2 tiles away from any player unit, no matter if there is fog or not. A single warrior can keep an 5-5 tile territory safe from barbarians.)

btw: I'm having problem with the PYT site: pop-up ads and browser crash. I'm using mozilla and never had problem anywhere else

Did just Sumeria capture France's capital?

Everyone should remember that this is in the game rules, so any action should generally respect both the spirit of this and the letter of it, ie let all civs have a reasonable survival chance to this point of the game.

If France lost his capital, I think that we then should reload.

I should point out that my action was in response to a French attack on my capital which has cost me over 25 turns of military building. It has hurt my economy and research and was NOT a war of my making! They are just getting back what they tried to do to me. I've taken nothing else and don't intend to.

Please delete this account Robert but I felt I had the right to reply.

PS. If I don't take Paris they will lose it to Barbarians in a few turns anyway as they are sitting only a few squares away and the French don't have much of an army left now.

Ok, fair enough, imho.
Please try to negotiate some kind of a solution. The French player isn't very active, btw. Plays only every like 10 turns.

I think that we should all create these accounts to discuss this kinda stuff when needed. Just name them:

Two thing.

First I can not log in to play turn. It stop on Finishing. It seems there is another peer connected but no mention of block. I need to play turn now.

Second I agree on Sumeria. And Trev too but if France not negotiates what else can Gilgamesh do? As long as he not take more cities I think it alright.

What are we doing about double moves? Just living with it?

Thought there was a double move against me, but perhaps not since the war is over. Although I do suspect that America attacked an axeman before ending accepting peace terms. Not sure if that is even possible. Just a little bitter right now.
