    Does anyone of the forum regulars live in New Haven, CT, or environs, and wants to make a rather quick hundred bux?

    Got accepted to Yale School of Management, and want to rent a place for me and the wife.

    Saw this craigslist listing for a place, and need to check out if the place/people are for real.

    Will send 100 bucks to a paypal address for anyone willing to meet the landlord. They say they rent out the whole building so it should be easy to verify.

        Um... likely not .

        I'll go as far as New Jersey to visit my family. But New England is a place I've only been sparingly. But maybe...

              yeah, I figured out that KH may not be my go-to guy on this one.
              Anyway, I think I am done with my background check for this one. everything checks out - the Yale references, the property report... I am making a deposit.

                I head to CT relatively often to visit family. I'd be able to meet you when I am next there if you are.
