From the RoN interview part 6, there are no governments. Though I don't see why that would make any difference in whether or not to play the game.

It creates an extra sense of atmosphere for me.
My main dislike with previous RTS games was the lack of governments, mainly because everything was so monotone. Governments create extra strategies, by penalizing certain aspects of your economy/empire. In EE, for example, none of that was there. You could follow similar AI strategies and win, no matter who you were, or what your economy was like. You could have just as well strictly built military-oriented structures throughout the entire game, with no penalties to morale or happiness to citizens.(Albeit, there was hardly any choice in the matter.) IMO, that sucks.
And is the only reason I still play TBS.
I hope Mr. Reynolds reconsiders, though I'm probably late in hoping for anything.

wtf's up with the university advances? Some of them are shaded in different colors. This looks pretty gay, but i think i would help if I understood what it meant. Are the ones not shaded in already researched? Or are the ones not shaded in are not yet researched? Is there an option to turn these colors off?
And by the resource bar, there are arrows, pointin up and to the side. Does this mean I can move the resource amount bar up to where it is in other RTS games?"I think holding hands can be more erotic than 'slamming it in the ass'" - Pekka

Propaganda,
How would you like to see governments and happiness play out in a RTS? Remember, you do not have time to manuver bars around to make sure people are happy or time to turn food into trade and thus give more luxuries to your people. So make a proposal on how you would like to see this incorporated. I have a few ideas myself but am wondering how exactly you would like to see it play out.About 24,000 people die every day from hunger or hunger-related causes. With a simple click daily at the Hunger Site you can provide food for those who need it.

is there an option that allows you to choose if you want the red marks that units behind buildings/trees make or not?"The meaning of war is not to die for your country, but making your enemies die for their..."
