          USA and Polynesia!

Especially Polynesia! You would think that at least one of the groups of Polynesia would have made it into the game, seeing as how the Pacific ocean IS the biggest ocean in the world...........

well they had to create a new art set for native americans so to make it worth while they HAD to make use of it by more then just one civ.

same with India which shares an art set with persia. Its a bit labourus to have only one civ using one art set. unless its really really necessary because of sales demands (only one i can think of that is like that is Korea in the original, and U.S.A for some of its ages in the expack)

I believe you can build as many caravans from the beginning, as other civs first can build when researching the last commerce

There's a lot of wood, etc to save by that, but I don't think it'll make it too unbalancing... but we'll see

Though it seems like the Persians will be very strong at the beginning of the game, with the +50% starting resources, and two capitals might make them some diffecult opponents in CTW compaign...

Though I really wonder how this governments will work. From some other site (Don't remember where) I read that you could get a special unit depending on what government type you've got, e.g. if you're Republic you get a senate unit, which causes all buildings around this unit to have a better defense?
I thought governments changed certain things all over the nation, not just around a certain unit...
This space is empty... or is it?

lol @ "Rise of Nations Heaving"

Persians get +50% starting food, which equals 100 food I think, not outstanding.

And "no ramping" could be balanced by making the first structure cost more than with other civs.

                              Didn't see I mis-spelled it

The +50% starting food can vary a lot. When starting a game you can start with different amounts, so it could end up a lot. And if it works as I hope it works in CTW, when you use a tactical gained card (Where you get +xxx of all resources), and the +50% is calculated after this has been added, it could defently help a lot
