With the new patch of 6/14/03, the rules.xml is 20% larger, and there seems to be alot more references to pop caps, including a reference to max pop = 300 (referencing, I presume, to wonder effects).
An update on how to make modifications to the pop limit would be appreciated (I'm too lazy/CHICKEN)!Comment

max pop needs to be modded to atleast what your top pop limit+max wonder effects would be and the quick battle options MUST be changed for it to work....think those only changes from orignalComment

When I discovered that the old pop mod didn't work with patch 2, I sat down, looked at Downer's mod, and made the same changes as in his 3200 limit pop mod to the updated files. I've attached the modded files.
Thanks to Downer for making the mod in the first place, I really enjoy it

I'm a newbie but love RoN. My question is; if I have the gold version and follow the instructions at the begining of this post, should I automatically have either custom or infinite population?
I did everything but I still have a limit of 200/250 w/Colossus.
