Yeah, by the time the PC/TWF combo becomes operational you've already won any regular game. But it occasionaly proved useful back when I used to play COORION-modified games where all the AIs had ALL the positive race traits maxed out (no capturing planets, of course...)

It's tough but in the end MoO 2 would win because you have a bigger variety of races and the option to create your own one this is ideal because I never played this game with the customs always played around with the states to see how I would fair in the game.Dance to Trance
