er... she probably won't like Leisure Suit Larry. That's about as far from Myst or Riven as one can get in the adventure genre. I never understood why It sold so well.

mmmm....i just checked this thread and no shouts for Grim Fandango? have i missed something?(or more importantly has Dr.Spike!)
anyway if you don't know it this is a great site for getting info on most of the adventure games out there, it can guide you on what kind of game would suit you and your PC:
have a look in the 'reviews' section and combined with something like Metacritic you can pick the best of the genre(or close to).Comment
