So Liechtenstein > Norway........didn't know that.

Latvia is obviously pretty low on any such list. It doesn't really matter though because despite all the big talk on forums Solver pirates most of his games.

I'll take that as an acceptance of my point.

Unfortunately I'm a very long way out of your price range, alas.

Looks like another incentive for people to pirate games. Nicely done, Valve!

well you can also either go to a shop, ask them if they dont have something in stock or get it on Amazon/ebay etc. Sometimes the deals on Amazon(through private sellers) easily make up for p+p costs i've found.
Piracy is bad remember - look at what is has helped create(console dominated game designs/falling PC dev etc).

Heck compared to 15 years ago i find it much easier to buy legit games these days, the interweb really is amazing

But yeah the fact that Steam has stolen a jump on pretty much all the competeing business means i'm personaly not surprised by stories like these, and I can actualy live and be a gamer without Steam. This just makes that choice easier.

At least Valve have now acknowledged that they're aware of certain prices being too high in Europe. So hopefully they're going to do something about it.

I've never bothered with Steam. Then again, my monthly download has been restricted to 4GB for over 6 years now.

´Yeah, we know we are charging too much´ doesnt neccessarily entail ´and we are going to change that.´
