Now this all depends on what qualifies as a "traditional class." If it plays just like an old class but looks different and has a different name, is it old or new?
Presuming they're bringing back 2 more characters straight from D2, the choices are Paladin, Necromancer, Amazon, Sorceress, Assassin and Druid.
I say Amazon can be eliminated from the start (they're female-exclusive) as can the Necromancer (too similar in function to the Witch Doctor).
Of the remaining four, I would rule out the Druid (they're less popular and rather lame IMHO). I think the Paladin stands the best chance of returning; he covers the holy powers front and was fairly popular before.
That leaves either the Sorceress or the Assassin, both of which were fairly popular. Of these two, I think the Sorceress is more likely, and that the other new class is thus a ranged attack type (like a Ranger). Were the Assassin the third new class, that would mean that Blizzard left all the melee classes the same, choosing only to replace magic classes. That doesn't sound like Blizzard.
Thus, based on this information, I would call the classes thusly:
Barbarian
Witch Doctor
Paladin (or variant)
Sorcerer/ess (or variant)
Ranger
