Asher, Cryteks engine was released very recently. There are a number of games starting to use it. Don't forget also, the engine was not built in America by Americans, so the majority of publishers/game developers won't bother with it.... you know.. coz American's being all American like..

There are no "real" games announced using Cryengine 2 other than Crytek's. Similarly, the only games Cryengine 1 were all of Crytek's.
Quite simply, the engine isn't nearly as good as you think it is.
