From IGN's liveblog:
11:02: As of right now you can go to XBL Marketplace to download free trial downloads of a few of the games shown.
11:02: Quick thought: This is really going to make budget XBLA games look bad.
11:00: Little Gamers is another example. Game features chainsaws and zombies with a cartoony look. Also has beer and shotguns with Matrix bullet effects. It's a side-scroller. Now a video is being shown that highlights other community games.
10:59: Showing game JellyCar as an example. Game is about physics and not sound or graphics. Looks like crayons on graph paper.
10:58: Peer Review section -- First they look for prohibited content. Next they check the descriptors to make sure they're correct, too. Finally, play -- Thousands of games given to millions of players.
10:58: First part of submitting -- have a creator identity. Similar to an Xbox Live identity. Tell community what is in game. Blood, injuries..etc.
10:57: Ground rules: respect IP, no objectionable content.
