Deflectors work once per attack, or it would be silly. Therefore, one of the two nukes that were deflected to you would have been deflected back to me.
In any case allow me to apologise on behalf of the Spikian empire for the incident. I had no desire to act against your people - it was merely a default order to deflect to act as backup for missing turns, and I had no one at whom to direct my ire.
Now, however, I do, and I will change the default order immediately.

Turn 12 - Just Kill Them All
It was no secret that EPW had had some issues with nuking people; specifically, the people he targeted tended to be hiding in bunkers at the exact time he decided to strike. To hopefully avoid this issue, he implemented a new strategy: "Kill Them All." Albeit a bit slowly.
So it was that he launched 4 nukes, 1 each at every other nation remaining. And, true to form, success was mixed. DrSpike and Chaunk were bunkering, so those two nukes were nothing doing. LordShiva had built a new city, LocutusNova, that only lasted a few scant hours until being wiped out by EPW's nuke, resulting in the status quo for Shiva. Spaced Cowboy was working on a secret project, so he, unlike all the others, actually realizes a loss due to EPW's shenanigans.
