It says I have to be a US citizen, and it seems from my googling that the loophole of choosing the US as my country on a Ubi account doesn't work anymore...

Yeah. It's no problem to download it, but after it became known that it was as simple as choosing the US as your country when registering your Ubi account, UbiSoft began to identify people's ip. So an American living in Europe wouldn't be able to install the games. I'm told I can use a proxy to solve this, but after several hours work last night I've found out I lack the skills and knowledge to get that to work.Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God.-Isaiah 41:10
