Well to be fair it doesn't even say MMOs in that article, and DDO isn't very popular. I got the impression that it was actually Neverwinter Nights of some sort.

The plasma television also tends it to not be specifically MMOs but rather games in general.

could anyone really be that addicted to NWN????

Id be happy to consider that the two babies were almost killed by "plasma television"

As usual, i must reiterate, at least the parents werent "casual gamers"

Note, the Globe and Mail headline does say "MMO" though it runs the same article as everyone else.

That would be one damned long crazy.

Yeah let's have a debate about the relative effectiveness of tumble for different builds.

People neglect their babies for all sorts of reasons... most of them having to do with people having children before they're mature enough to raise them

That would be a valid subject.

Of course only for a powergamer like you.

No, but Gamecube64 is Latin for "well played."

                            Tumble builds?

Tumble is bull**** because it makes the Mobility feat stupid and redundant, and everybody who would conceivably use Tumble probably has to burn through Mobility anyway just to get Spring Attack. Thanks for making me waste a feat *******s.

Also, NWN's +1 AC for every 5 ranks of Tumble is most certainly unbalanced compared to the Dodge feat.
                            Lime roots and treachery!

There are much more feat wasters, no need to unload your wrath on tumble. A lot of feats (and skills btw) needed for prestige classes simply don't make sense and in most cases do just one thing - hurt the build.

That's probably why it has been toned down to 1 AC for 10 ranks in NWN2. But alas, they introduced other imbalances.
