yeah, but I kind of assumed that in a shooter, the hard parts would be tactical problems, not turning, jumping and running problems, that basically test my abilities with a keyboard, and not even mouse and keyboard shooting abilities.

            • after some time away, Ive gone back to the game, and managed after several tries to get around "fluffy" again. I have had to resort to a walkthrough - I keep missing the idea that the game wants me to jump OVER huge gaps, for example. Im now at the elevator that goes down to the radioactive pool, where I have to get off in the middle.

BTW, the game which HAD been getting adictive, is far less so since ive encountered "fluffy"

              • Hehe, don't blame fluffy. That fight is one of the best parts of the early game.

                        • It's a long game, and no offence but based on your pace so far maybe you should set a target of the end of the next Clinton administration.

                          • I finally killed fluffy. Now it seems Im going caving.

edit: Ive managed to get through the cave swimming with some help from the walkthroughs. I manage to get past the fire breathing gorrilla (or whatever) and the squad of soldiers on my own. Im now trying to figure out how to get the power generator for the train (?) restarted. Something seems to be flooded.
