Care to share your spec/talent build Jamski? I am thinking Holy for my Paladin, but would welcome input (trying to stay on Jon Miller's good side, though I may be both stupid and might not really understand the game)

Holy past level 50 you can really put your talent points anywhere. The spec I gave you for level 50 has all of the important talents in it. Some people like Holy Shock, it's a terrible tiny heal, it's a terrible mana expensive damage spell.
Redoubt because you will almost never use Devo aura. If a tank tells you to turn on Devo aura in an instance just /laugh at him and pretend he never spoke. At level 70 it offers 3% mitigation at best, and if it is giving that much mitigation you should find a new tank instead. Clothies don't need the added armor, regardless of what they try to tell you, if they get aggro it's their problem(BoP 'em). Redoubt is nice for soloing melee elites as well.
I take precision because you won't have +hit of any kind on any of your gear as holy, precision pretty much eliminates that issue (for soloing).
Guardians favor becaus BoP saves lives, and your mana, learn to use it, love it.
Toughness is a point dump, put it wherever you please.
Stoicism is more for PvP, as it improved conc aura. Although there are mobs that will pummel/kick/silence you, that extra second or so can save your party from a wipe.

I quit wow (again) last month, because I wanted to get another class up to expansion level, but I couldn't do it.
Anyway, before I quit, I tried out crusader strike (shelving holy shock which was my mainstay for a while). I liked CS, but I don't think HS is the most worthless skill....at least not with divine "whatever it was".
It was a way to get some damage out. What else could you do?
Regardless, I can't see myself buying the expansion because I can't stand my pally anymore. And, without another 70 (or one anywhere close), I can't play it.
While there might be a physics engine that applies to the jugs, I doubt that an entire engine was written specifically for the funbags. - Cyclotron - debating the pressing issue of boobies in games.
65 NE Druid (herbalism/alchemy)
50 Human Priest (tailor/enchanter)
50 Dwarf Hunter (skinner/leatherworker)
50 Draenei Paladin (mining/blacksmith)
50 Draenei Shaman (engineer/jewelcrafter)
There have been times when I have been bored, but I don't seem myself stopping anytime soon.

(and for anyone interested, I have spent most of my talent points and actually buy gear now, realizing the value of gear.....or perhaps the cost of having crap gear)
I got all the alts to 50 so that I could get master level professions, but now that I have done that, I went back to my Druid again.

In what seems to be a continuing trend of Blizzard assisting players trying to get up to 70 quickly, the lastest patch allows mounts at level 30 (including the paladin "Summon Warhorse"). With all my alts up well beyond this, I am not sure I am crazy about the change, but I suppose if it helps people get where they are going quicker . One of the drawbacks in the game for me is the time it takes to wait for a trip (on a gryphon or ship, or waiting for a ship to arrive for instance, or just running from one spot to another).
There are other changes, but in my opinion this is the most important one (and the one most talked about in trade chat).

It can be annoying when things are given to or made easier for new players. But it's an inevitability of MMOs over the longer term. And it helps older players wanting to create alts too.
