PS3s are stupid; throw rocks at them

Alright, so there has been quite a bit of argument as to which console is the best. There's fanboys all around, and there's people who try to pretend like they are objective.

Now obviously, I picked a strong title here, which more or less reflects my view of the PS3, however, I more than encourage people to persuade me otherwise (in case there are any PS3 fans around here).

Any way, the reason I broke down and finally posted a thread about PS3, is this here article. (Well, rumor really.) It is as they say the last straw.

All PS3 games are programmed for the SIXAXIS which doesn’t have force feedback, therefore the force feedback in the [steering] wheels won’t be recognized.

Alright, the PS3 has been getting just so much negative press. Is there anything good about it at all?

Xbox 360 only has five good games, all shooters. Both PS3, and xbox 360 are no good.

Consoles are more and more for action/twitch/sports games. Sort of a waste of time.

Indeed, MGS4 is the only reason I might contemplate getting a PS3, and even then I'd rather just borrow one from a friend. And while MGS4 will be awesome, it won't be awesome enough to pony over $700.

Konami is apparently upset with the PS3 sales and MGS4' high budget, and is pushing for it to be released on the 360 as well.

The internet was aflutter with rumours this weekend, as reports speculated that the massive PlayStation 3 Metal Gear Solid instalment, Guns of the Patriots was stealthing its way over to Xbox 360 - rumours that Konami has since debunked to CVG.

"Konami has no plans to bring Metal Gear Solid 4 to the Xbox 360 at this time," a Konami representative told CVG, reiterating that the Hideo Kojima stealth-em-up was still "exclusive to PlayStation 3."

Other sources inside Konami which are waring against the Kojima-loyalists inside Konami. Thus the conflicting information.

And no, Wiggy, sales are not fine. It's very easy to find them on store shelves now and they're not selling well at all. Dreamcast & Gamecube did way better.

well, it doesn't bode well that less than 2 months after launch, the PS3 is readily available for purchase. Compare that to the Wii right now and the 360 last year...

I think the PS3 will lose the majority of their exclusives. Furthermore, MGS4 is supposed to be the last MGS in the title, as the maker wants to work on something new (on the Wii).

You realize he's said this about the last two MGS also.
