  • try this for a clue
At the start it's only you
    In control of a rat
For now you'll have to do with that
Skeptics should forego any thought of convincing the unconvinced that we hold the torch of truth illuminating the darkness. A more modest, realistic, and achievable goal is to encourage the idea that one may be mistaken. Doubt is humbling and constructive; it leads to rational thought in weighing alternatives and fully reexamining options, and it opens unlimited vistas.

    • I can remember a Game that (nearly) started with a mouse:
      Ultima VI

But it was neither post-apocalyptic nor a rat or Bunker involved..

      • Ultima VI was a true classic and i believe it was a mouse that could join your team, not a rat.

        And no, it wasn't U6

          • Ah, Sherry. She had the heart of lion, and the hitpoints of a... mouse. The hitpoints turned out to be the more critical part

            • I never leave a teammate behind, I just gave her a slingshot and orders to stay away from direct combat. You had to be careful with spikes in the dungeon though. Just move them out of the way and sherry was save. With a couple of promotions even Sherry could get "some"extra HP.

Managed to keep her alive for the entire game.

              • I have a hard time believing a Game started with a rat as hero.
Is rat an abbreviation for ... RadioAktiveTank?

                my guess: RadioactiveTankedDriver(unlimited)

                (next hint?)

and no, it isn't radioactive tankdriver...if there even is such a game

                      • FYI I googled it, so I'm out. I don't think this saw a US release, I think I would have remembered it.
We're sorry, the voices in my head are not available at this time. Please try back again soon.
