    I call Xbox 360 support and they say it sounds like a game issue, so I'm going back to Best Buy to swap for a new copy. If it still gives me problems I'm going to have to get the console repaired/swapped, which is still free but a pain in the ass.

    And no other games give me any problems, just the same part of NHL 07 repeatedly...and the disc is in perfect condition.
