I think they're rather talking of "Hello Kitty", aka "Sanmonroe" in the VG forums. The same person who stated (in the thread linked), that NDA breaks aren't a problem, if you're registered under a different user name.
Of course, if you're so schjmart to put the following jewel into your sig on the Sigil forum, nobody will be able to construct a connection. Jesjes.

Just read it in the ticker: Paradox will be publishing Vanguard for Scandinavia. Let's wait and see whom Sigil choses as partner for the rest of Europe. I assume it will be Ubisoft, which will upset quite a few, but I didn't have any problems with them so far. At the countrary, their work with EQ2 was rather good.Comment
