Endgame
Skanky Burns and Kassiopeia had been loyal allies from the start of the conflict and that loyalty had paid off. They now stood alone as contenders for the title of Galactic Overlord. As befitted their sense of honour, they agreed to one final battle to decide the fate of the galaxy.

Both tactics are good for reasonable OOBs. Should Kassi use Lasers while backing off, that would count as a tactical error. Although the back off / close in wouldn't make a difference in this case.
If Skanky had done the oddball MFF, or even done an MTT, Kassi would be ok with an MLL close.
But I can't see the purpose of an MLL back. I'm assuming Kassi used MTT, in which case he will likely win.

It all depends how the back half of the OOB lines up.
Kassi badly needs to line up his L against Skanky's F. That will hurt Skanky bad enough for Kassi to at least have a good shot.
