How about crashing when entering new cells? If the game doesn't do that I'm a happy person

About the screenshots. For some reason they are turned off. To turn them on you need to edit some .ini files.
Need to change the ini
Install Dir\Oblivion_default.ini
bAllowScreenShot=1
If have a character already
My Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Oblivion.ini
bAllowScreenShot=1
That should do it. Just hit print screen. It saves it in your install dir.
I am enjoying the game with my limited time. I have got speechcraft down and am charming the pants off everyone I meet.

You have to find him so he can wear the Amulet... that's as far as I've gotten"You're the biggest user of hindsight that I've ever known. Your favorite team, in any sport, is the one that just won. Oblivion comes out tomorrow over here, so i may try my luck to grab a copy. Is it only the Collectors editions that come with paper maps?

The in-game map, by the way sucks. There is no way, or I haven't discovered one, to zoom out to see the entire area on the screen.
Oblivion actually seems more balanced indeed . I'm still powerful as a mage, but at least I don't have the ability to open any lock in the game at level 3.Solver, WePlayCiv Co-Administrator

I took a break from Oblivion tonight... played a few hours of Guild Wars instead. I know I can break away from GW, but I'm not sure about Oblivion... and I need more than 4 hours of sleep!!“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Btw, some GREAT stories can come out of this game. I was on the official forums and found one (a SHORT story) I had to share:
crazy story... i'm playing oblivion last night, and i get to the docks and decide to take a nap in one of the sailing ships. turns out i get bitten in my sleep by a vampire. damn! thinking this is the worst of my troubles i leave my cabin only to find the ship was hijacked while i was sleeping and is off in the middle of the ocean!
That has to be a bit disconcerting. WORST. DAY. EVER.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

I got it yesterday and like the story and environment. The interface is very clumsy though, at least for the PC. I expected something like the NWN interface, which is not perfect either but at least suffices minimum needs. Needless to say, that I was disappointed. Digging through the menus to select a spell and then pressing c to cast it, what the ...? And only 8 hotkeys is an insult too (I have 36 in NWN and still think that's not enough).
I got out of prison and sewers went to the city to buy torches (I can't see **** at night). So far I didn't find any, but got my first quest (besides the main plot). I'm still seeking torches (didn't find the right merchant yet methinks) and something like a bedroll, so I can sleep in the wilderness.

I share your gripe on the torches.
Most people can buy some illumation spells though."The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."
