If you want an enemy, know that ASTAKOS has repeatedly scanned me, and I think he is the one who wasted my entire fleet something like 10 days ago (I may confuse him with another foe though)
He's Hellas, however.

I take it that 2 cruisers and 4 hvy Ftrs is not enought to raid/attack a system

If it's undefended, even small cargo is enough and you should be raiding undefendeds (with large cargos preferably - they're better).I take it that 2 cruisers and 4 hvy Ftrs is not enought to raid/attack a system
