            I took a closer look, but Wouter is a noob to me

            I could crush another [ZaInSt] member instead. I've seen plenty around, and closer to my main fleet as well.

                              They are a alliance with 3 members, of which he is by far the most powerful. The total alliance has a score of 20 and a total fleet of 177 (less fleet than many individuals in our alliance ).

                              Bios himself has his main planet @ 3:191:11 and his Fleet is the same size as the entire Alliances ( Actually I suspect he is the alliance).

                              Not an alliance I want to ally with, if he is aggressive in any way I think we can bring him down but before you send him a response I would like to scan him for you if you haven't already done so (if you already scanned him I don't want to scare him off by scanning him again however ).

                              Edit: You said "Massive Defenses" above, can you post the scan (and which planet you scanned) Please.
