Speaking of pvp, the test server should be coming up soon. I'll make a friendly wager to everyone on Apolyton that you can't touch me 1v1 .

You'd win that bet. On the other hand, the pally in our guild would cream you. He creams everyone. Even if someone beats him, he will come back and spank them again and again.

I don't duel much. In fact I think I have dueled less than 20 times with my current char, and almost always with guild members for fun. I guess I'd get better if I dueled more, but I just find it dull. It sucks for Hunters too: you can't kite people as well as you would like without leaving the dueling area.

I enjoy group PvP. It's a lot more fun for me.

Verto hates dueling my mage. I just keep sheeping him. There's nothing funnier than a sheep swearing at you.

You say you don't gank lowbies. Fair enough. Most people don't. It's just the clowns who camp questing areas that make PvP servers a pain. Even now it is hard to find a decent fight on some servers.. my current PvP char is on Spirestone. That place is like a ghost town these days.

Since when?

I have never seen anyone claim this. I thought Blizzard's stance was that corpse camping and graveyard camping was just part of PvP servers.

Is there official policy on this?

The TOS specifically states that corpse camping and lowbie killing are not actionable offences.

They do say that "excessive" harassment will be punished. But it would have to be extremely excessive from what I've seen.

Corpse camping for 10 minutes or so.... who cares. Ganking lowbies... who cares. Corpse camping for hours though is griefing in every sense of the word and if reported GMs can punish for it. Unfortunately the vast majorities of GMs are stupid and/or lazy so it's a crapshoot whether anything would actually come of this, though I have seen a couple people on my server get in trouble.

I'm surprised you don't like dueling with your hunter. Hunters are insane 1v1 and even w/o the ability to leave the dueling area you still have the scatter shot + FD force trap ability to give you range.

As for losing to your pally friend... that's laughable. I haven't lost to a paladin in ages including the paladin on our server with a hand of ragnaros, but I'm also fairly well geared now with mostly epic gear myself.

No official release date has been given. Some people think that it will be released in late spring, others as far as next year.

Most people on our server haven't lost to a Paladin in ages, but he's pretty good. I'll tell him you are looking for a scrap, I'm sure he'll oblige.

No no, I don't do those things. I actually enjoy sticking it to people who do. I'm just saying that it's not a big deal if it happens and knowing it can happen gives an added sense of danger.
