I suspect you'd have to fire up the CoH account again, and if you can't remember enough to do that contact them. You still have the game and a key.

Yeah you just pay for the box, and the subs are the same either way.
It's a good decision - at one stage they were considering separate subs, or a higher sub for both games together than now.
