                        • Hostile takeover

On orders of Imperial Regent Lord Vetko, loyal Imperial General Ordin attempted a hostile takeover of Y Industries, in the only way he could - by brute force.

                          General Ordin attacks! Mr. Y

Engaged in a fierce struggle to maintain his shaken position as CEO of Y industries, Mr. Y called a shareholders' meeting and tried to defend his decisions of late. He was so consumed with this that he didn't even notice that red alert had been sounded. General Ordin occupied Mr. Y's bases without resistance. He then broke into the conference room dragged Mr. Y out and forced the shareholders to elect him as the new CEO of Y Industries.

"Mission accomplished Your Highness", General Ordin reported to Regent Vetko. "Bases once controlled by Y Industries are now reintegrated into the Galactic Empire."
"Great job General! Now wish me luck for my own enterprise", Lord Vetko replied.

                          • Later that day General Ordin decorated his spy with the Imperial medal of St. George for his extraordinary achievements in bringing the Y Industries comm system down. It appears that this spy was to blame for the confusion in Mr. Y's ranks and his failure to issue orders to his fleet or even notice the red alert.

                            • Two threats exist to Lord Vetko's supreme rule: The religious fanaticism of Reverend Banobi and the supreme scientific method of Professor Morrisa. While keeping an eye on the former, Lord Vetko decided to deal decisively, with the latter.

                              Lord Vetko attacks! Professor Morrisa

Lord Vetko: 28LB, 3LC, 1LF, 1FF, 1TF, OoB: MLL-TTF, close in, fight to the death!
                              Professor Morrisa: 7TB, 1LC, 9FC, 32LF, 9FF, 2TF, OoB: TLL-TFF, back off.

We expected much more from Professor Morrisa, but her poorly chosen OoB sealed her fate.

                              • Following this initial blow, the rest was just a matter of mopping up.

Professor Morrisa was conscious of that and she used her newly installed, still untested dimensional gate to teleport herself to Colony I's bases. After all, what did she have to lose? If captured by Lord Vetko, she could only expect to be paraded through the streets of Coruscant and be executed later.
