I've never won the game. I came close to winning two times.

In GO1 I lost due to a novel tactics employed by Vlad (that was the first time solely laser fleet, close in was used).

In GO4 I was even closer to winning, but an unscrupulous Eventian alliance frustrated my efforts.

GO5 and GO6 I GMed. There, in GO5, Eventian alliance transformed itself into an abomination I then swore to hunt down and destroy.

The chance to do it eluded me however until now.
