It was a promise I made to the owners when new games were being proposed almost every day, and they were getting complaints from people that thought they were taking over the forum at the expense of discussions about other games.
SO, many were going to be dropped including hangman. I said to let me take care of it and limit it at my discression. They have gone along with my discisions since. I try to keep a balance.
