Hm, okay.

Perhaps we just need a subforum called "forum games" ... not dissimilar to the compromise made in Civ3-PBEM (a subforum called "pbem trackers")

Actually that was discussed and they dismissed it quite quickly.

Forum games were allowed because they increased traffic to other games discussions. This is one of the more active forums now. It was not back then.

So as I said, it's a balancing act.

I have not made a final discision on this one yet.
But the lack of more wide spread enthusiasm is not helping. SB put considerable time into the rules and discription so I wanted to give it every chance.
