Never heard of Storm Master, but I will have a guess at Tau Ceti's game: Lords of the Rising Sun by Cinemaware?
Skeptics should forego any thought of convincing the unconvinced that we hold the torch of truth illuminating the darkness. A more modest, realistic, and achievable goal is to encourage the idea that one may be mistaken. Doubt is humbling and constructive; it leads to rational thought in weighing alternatives and fully reexamining options, and it opens unlimited vistas.

Its gutting when someone guesses your game so quick - but then CapTVK is pretty good at it

            Storm master:
Eoliae is a remote land where myth meets truth, and where winds shows only the power of gods moving armies from front to front, while diplomacy is still 'hanging' in the air full of crossing winds. The chaos was born as the Great master was murdered,...

and Lords of the rising sun:
Japan, 12th century. After your father has been murdered, you set out on a quest to become Shogun to restore the honor of your family. You'll have to defeat all your enemies - including your brother. Most of the time, you'll move your troops through...

both games i don't know, but both games that look cool

And welcome to guess the game Tau Ceti

'The very basis of the liberal idea – the belief of individual freedom is what causes the chaos' - William Kristol, son of the founder of neo-conservitivism, talking about neo-con ideology and its agenda for you.info here. prove me wrong.

That sounds about right. Richard the Lionheart was reputedly a man of honour, and John was a crown stealing miscreant.

well that's not quite what i meant

After all where is the lion-heart now? lost in the holy land or on his way back to cast the next guess

me thinks your time is getting closer prince john

Still maybe he will get waylayed by infidels and then you'll have your chance to secure the crown and bleed the peasants dry?

                    where is he?

Alright, a real oldie this time. Early 80's and appeared on the C64 and AppleII.
