You only ever push this on my words, probably because you don't want me to score points. I let it go last time because I was too busy and at fault as I gave no warning of my absence. This time I clearly did give warning, and am taking the word back.

Probably the other word shouldn't be counted for the standings, but I don't mind. We are back on to my word though and whoever gets Snoopy's if it continues should not set a word.

I push you because you should know better. The rule is 24 hours, and you clearly should have conceded the word when you knew you couldn't post an update on time.

Now stop spamming up the thread with your disqualified word.

No I am not letting you decide this. We have seen several times (not least the word where you 'accidentally' changed it half way through and got caught out by the group, which I haven't forgot) that you will do whatever it takes to advantage yourself relative to other players, particularly me.

If a large amount of the group will post that I should concede the word even though I gave clear warning I would be away for 2 days then I will do so. I will also adopt a stance of abusing the rules wherever possible to get more points.

Doc, I have a better idea. The next time you're planning to be away for more than 24 hours you should just PM the word to me and I'll take over. That way your word remains and the show goes on.

However, you can't bend the rules. The rule clearly says 24 hours between updates. You said it would take you more. That's fine, but a new word must be set to keep the game going.

Fine, if others agree. I am sick of this crap though - the rules are hardly ever enforced on this unless it is me, simply because Joncha (and sometimes you) kick up a fuss whenever my word reaches the 24 hours and 1 minute mark. It's just selective abuse of the letter of the law, when all that the spirit is is that people don't disappear for long periods of time from forum games without saying. It's the same for all the games.

An extra word was set to keep people going. Now that I have returned exactly when I said we would we should return to my word and once Snoopy's is guessed his can end there.
