Still a couple of weeks until this game comes out in Europe, but its high on my list since the original FF was so much fun. I just have to resist the temptation to create a custom hero first time through since they can be too powerful if set up well, like Adagio mentions.
To doubt everything or to believe everything are two equally convenient solutions; both dispense with the necessity of reflection.

It's just hard to resist the temptation because I really don't like most of the characters that comes with the game. So far Alchemist is one of the few I like (I didn't like her in the first game though)... That dead guy is also interesting
This space is empty... or is it?

I haven't played this game for a long time now. Last time I was at that mission where all four characters in the game are pre-chosen. Only few of them can shoot in the air and one of the first enemies is a flying robot (the eye) which is pretty tough. Even with lots of shooting I haven't even come near to getting rid of it

Maybe I should try again... back then I just got very tired of that map so I stopped playing, and since then I haven't really cared about starting the game again...

Well, I found the picture online. Someone here (can't remember who) resized and reformatted it for me into an avatar.

I suppose someone could have done the same thing, or just stolen it.

It's exactly the same though. I think they must be a 'Poly reject who stole it.

              Finished. For Freedom!

Needless to say, I was profoundly bummed not to have some of my favorites available for the last few encounters. The loss of a couple characters in particular was painful, though one was a given considering the plot.
              Spoiler:
              El Diablo, however... dammit!

I haven't finished it. Working my way through FF1 again to refresh my memory about some plot points.

And you were correct in your assessment of Tombstone, DD.

Leveled up just a little bit, and he is force to behold.
