Name the Game - Part 9

As far as I know only two games were made with this engine/codebase. By that I mean that like Lemmings the two games were based on the same core, but I don't think there was ever something publicly known as the "Lemmings engine" the way there is the "Quake engine".

Powermonger - used the Populous engine. But then again, so did Populous II, which came out after it.
