Isn't that: 'Join the Space Marines, Travel to exotic distant worlds, eat exciting alien food, and throw up.'?

shogun self biased of the shinaga, declares that his orders have been sent to his mighty generals.

How did I miss this thread before? Orders in.

And I agree with the bugger's sentiments. 24 or more hours per turn is fine. Less is not. While it won't affect me personally, it has in previous games and isn't fair to those who check once a day.
I'm building a wagon! On some other part of the internets, obviously (but not that other site).

Yet you had time to post this 6 minutes after I finally got the post up (which I started at 9AM, but had many interuptions).

Lastly everyone's orders were sent in 12 hours time except yours

You've got one hour. If you hadn't already posted, I would have given more time, but to post and not send orders is not cool.
We're sorry, the voices in my head are not available at this time. Please try back again soon.

24 hours or less doesn't mean that you get shafted if you don't send in before a full day, it only means that if everybody happens to send in early, the game will move forward earlier.

Day 1: "Use the force Luke!"

Apparently he did not. The empire strikes first and pummels two of the Rebellion's planets.

Meanwhile in another galaxy far, far away, the Dopplegangers take vengence (on turn one?) on the Star People and the Klingons, each losing one planet.

Many leaders added to their empires: The Lavanos created the planet of Vanessa, The Atheans added Plutius, The Federation built the People's Republic of Tassadar, the tan(cos(-1))'s threw up the planet of Calculus, and finally the Romulans built the planet of Romulus (how creative).

All of the other races were working on top secret projects with the exception of the Buggers who are apparently showing up later in the story.
