um... how about this- I think this is fair- I'm going to process the turn regardless of muxec's ordersending or not by 00:00 GMT on the 23rd.

Hopefully he'll get his orders in before then.

I don't like to do that, but we've been stagnating fro far too long.

I'd do it myself were I the GM. We're playing at about a week per turn at the current rate, not acceptable in my opinion.

I think the 23rd is more then generous and hope that he gets them in before then so that we can try to get another turn in before christmas (though that might be hoping for a little much).

Why do societies in revolution only collect half taxes- that's really hard to program.

I argue that we DONT have taht in the following games.

It makes this REALLY hard to GM.

We have WAY too many rules for this to easily be GMed.

I think it takes WAY longer than it should.

Somehow we should be able to simplify it somewhat... for both teh GM and the player's sakes.

Therefore, I also argue that in the future- we cap the number of techs at what it is- and we don't have any new abilities to the +16 techs.

Also- tech 15 should NEVER have a wonder associated with it, etc.

The game works- why mess with a system that works- I think we've fixed all that can be broken- I tried to simplify things with rewriting the rules with clarifiers in post 1 (I have the *new* revolution turn rule, but that's it for outdated thigns)

I also have NOT yet added the starting gold rule (that has been revised) (we discussed it on page 1- starting with mroe gold, etc.

Please, just a note: don't add any new features, etc. For everyone's sake- let's try to figure out how to simplify this

That being said- smiley miscalculated his gold, my program completely miscalculated Kassiopeia's orders and I had to manually do them... and I had troubles with Sparrowhawk- but thankfully he gave me all his calculations so that I could work them through.

true. can't quite figure out how to fix it though... and with numbers swirling in my head- I can't be bothered to fix it.-- I finally figured out how to save 10-45 minutes and generate a table and this is the best it's getting.
