Fellow intrepid explorers, I propose that we must decide the traditional way who is responsible for such a foul deed, so as to end it as quickly as possible.

Upon waking from my slumber this morn I found a mystery note, which answered some questions that had been on my mind. It seems the blood stains found could not be from Ms Snowflake; it is also the case that her room was in the third floor, while the other male members were staying in the second floor.

Please take this information into account when making your choice.

Mr. G stared in front of him, not hearing anymore what was said by the others present. Family tales, passed on from parent to child, about their bohemian heritage and the consequences of that raced through his mind. Who's going to be next he thought, and: is the presently unattending member of the expedition, mr. Kassi, already the next victim or, even worse, ready to stalk upon us at night...
One way or the other, there were perhaps already 2 vampires inhibiting the island by now, but who was the original one? Did he come with the expedition, and choosed to reveal it's nature for some dark reason? Questions indeed. And all of this was supposed to be reported to Mr. H, safe in his office on the mainland.

Mr. G stood up, apologizing to the others present with: Excuse me, but all this has to be reported to Mr. H, and I better start with it. I will call for the Stena of course to come here to evacuate us as soon as possible.

With this he left the dining hall, still mulling about the possible identity of the original vampire...

Chef Hercules cleared the breakfast dishes from the dining room and headed to the kitchen set about preparing for first lunch and then the evening menu.

Following Ms Snowflakes death, the grapefruit juice for breakfast, on reflection, seemed in pretty bad taste. Lunch would be a light affair: Mussels cooked in garlic soup, a salad and fresh bread.

As he wandered round the kitchen taking down a large pot from overhead and then out to the herb garden he pondered over what the Doctor had related about the blood and where the guests slept. Except that as the chef he had slept in the servant's quarters.

One thing for sure it will interesting to see who doesn't consume much or any garlic.

Out of character - please, just because I can't find the time to read and post off the bat, that doesn't mean I'm 'absent'. Really, you could come up with a better excuse to vote me. I can't figure out anything to post yet, but I had to throw something in here before I'm docpiled.

You'll have to ask our security experts for the details, but just from the look of it this castle is larger than what our small group can adequately guard. Perhaps we should not spread ourselves out so thin during the night.

Kassiopeia appeared in the dining hall, as if by strange coincidence, soon after his absence had been the topic of conversation.

"Mr. Kassiopeia, where on earth have you been?" asked Tacticus.

"I have been dusting the castle, it's in such a ghastly condition."

"You were not in the least shocked by the death of dear Miss Snowflake?"

"To the contrary, sir, it is just that... it was so horrible that I had to put my mind to other things. I could not bear to think that she would be dead, not at that age. Such a waste." Kassiopeia sighed.

"Mr. Geomodder believes that you are a vampire who killed Miss Snowflake."

"A vampire?" Kassiopeia repeated the word. "Quite a far-fetched accusation. I assure you, I am no such thing. If there is one here, however, we need to rid ourselves of it and set free the poor soul trapped in its corporeal form. I suggest we take a vote on the matter. I must vote for Mr. GeoModder, if only to keep myself from being wrongfully convicted."

It is with a heavy heart that I too must confess I believe Mr Kassiopiea to be the culprit.

I don't want to sound untoward but any of you gentlemen who wishes to share with me tonight for both of our sakes is welcome. There is a comfy couch in my room.

Father Nikolai suddely went out of the chair he sat in, and mumbled for himself something resembling a prayer. Then he turned to the others, who all sat in the library trying to drink their tea after dinner.
                      "Listen." he said.
"This is day two and noone has been revealed as Vampire yet. I've read that a Vampire often finds two victims, one which he kills, and one which is made into a Vampire. Is that correct? If so, I guess should mean there's two Vampires on this island right now... Nothing stops us from trying to take both now, right? Then I suggest we try that! This Devil's spawn must not get the chance to survive!"
He walked hastily back and forth, then stopping and looking sadly towards them.
"It really hurts me that it has to come to this, after all, we might kill innocents, but do we have any choice? I...." he stopped talking.
                      "I suggest that....."
A pater noster is vaguely heard coming from the father's lips.
"I suggest that we take Tacitus and the doctor, I have had this feeling that..."
Quickly, father Nikolai turns around, and walks out of the room whispering pater noster again and again.

You can suggest it, if most people think we should kill several, it can be done. And come to think of it, I think we should kill Doctor Spike and GeoModder.

Yes you can decide to kill more than one person. Because it is the weekend I will extend the voting period by another 24 hours.

Kass and Nikolai are right, there are two out there.

the first night the head vampire produces one dead and one vampire
I'm suspecting chef Hercules, the grapefruit peel points to him. As for the vampire that was created, I'm going to go with Doc.

Yes I am very worried about Mr GeoModder he didn't take to his mussel soup as he aught to, and also Mr Smiley has been rather quiet. In fact I thought his expression on supping the soup was rather odd. (though I might add it wasn't the most popular lunch choice).
