              • No to Zelda, Kings Quest and Wizard's Crown.

Clue #5: The game consisted of a dungeon crawl and tressure hunt with no specific goal. Although you could experience 75% of the game by waiting at the bottom of the stairs where you begin the game.

Skeptics should forego any thought of convincing the unconvinced that we hold the torch of truth illuminating the darkness. A more modest, realistic, and achievable goal is to encourage the idea that one may be mistaken. Doubt is humbling and constructive; it leads to rational thought in weighing alternatives and fully reexamining options, and it opens unlimited vistas.

I hope it isnt that game, i'd be very embarrased! I kinda lived and breathed that game for years on my atari800 - could even walk someone through to find the first decent weapon in the game(the katana 'razor ice' ), and i havent played it in over 15 years - funny the things we remember?!

is it a Dungeon and Dragons rpg game?

                              • No to Jinxter, D&D (although your character stats are the same basis), Champions of Krynn, Alternate Reality: The Dungeon.

Clue #6: There was no animation in this game. The "map" around you was redrawn anytime you moved. The game was published by Avalon Hill in 1983 (I beleive). When you died, "Another not so mighty adventurer bites the dust" and a bell would toll.
