More Clarification:
- This is the first turn - attacks can take place.
- There is no cap on stockpiled shields or spies.
- There is no cap on base numbers. Bases up to #6 cost 16, from #7-12 cost 32, #13-18 cost 64 and so on
- There will be no map (unless someone volunteers to draw it for me) so bases don't need to be named.
