Round 16 - The beginning of the end

Skanky and Herc continued a feud by exchanging 2 nukes each. Skanky is eliminated, and Herc loses 2 cities. DC built Neu-Spherko, and SC's actions were unknown.

I think this is one of the more interesting Nuclear War games to have been played... (at least if someone knows what's going on behind the scenes) [albeit though the game is going very slow... ]
