What is the greatest RPG of all time?

Kaidan's a decent enough dude, if not the most useful party member. Ashley's a full-on robo-*****, but whoops ass.

Kaidan's very useful to pick up wider skills you don't want to spec yourself for.

The funniest Kaidan thing though is the weird sexual tension between male Shephard and Kaidan.

I always found Kaidan boring, I sacrificed him both times I played through the game.

I preferred Ashley too, but I sacrificed her because she was replaceable with Wrex and Kaidan had all my utility skills.

I'm not much of a roleplayer I suppose.

I used Garrus for utility skills, and Ashley and Wrex for whoop ass.

Soldier Shepard + Ashley + Garrus = lots and lots of whoop ass.

Infiltrator Shepard + Ashley + Liara is pretty fun too.

Almost any reasonably balanced combo is strong as the game is quite easy. Still haven't tried insane yet though.

Kaidan's frustratingly whiny. I did a runthrough to see what the romance subplot would end up with, but couldn't stomach talking to his character for more than one tree before insulting him. I can't see how any self-respecting player would ever be attracted to him in any way (save in the utility fashion with volume muted as Dr. Spike appears to have done), female or male (? in reference to Dr. Spike's comments).

I regret sacrificing Ashley. Her death is on my hands.
