Just started playing PS:T.
Im enjoying it more than I did when i first installed it a few months ago. Either im more in "a good place" to deal with the ghoulishness, or coming back to it Im not surprised by it. And Morte is starting to grow on me. And I did manage to find my way out of the Mortuary, Sigil looks cool.
But I ended up in the

and ended up killed. The way the game handles that
truely evidence that irony isnt dead.
Still I think I will restart, now that I know something.
No big hints, but would be interested in your thoughts about the beginning.
1. What base stats should I try? I went for wisdom, let Morte have the intell. And some charisma - should be important in a game with less combat, but are the dialogue choices truely limited otherwise? Not sure about str vs dex - havent seen any ranged weapons yet. Went for const, thats always good, i think
2. In my first go around I spoke to a dustie, and ended up having to fight or run after that. Is it possible by avoiding talking to the dusties, to avoid that? Is there any reason to talk to a dustie?
3. With the bracelet of healing (or whatever its called) i dont need to use bandages, etc on myself do I? Save all those for Morte?

Of course, with every level you gain, you increase 1 stat, so its easy to end the game with 25 in nearly everything, but early on, if you don't have the WIS, INT and CHA, you'll miss out on a lot of the game.

It just saddens me to think how smoother the gameplay'd be with a larger part of an area on the screen at a time, and bigger text boxs (*clickety*read*clickety*read*clickety*).
