DESIGN: Celebration effect ideas?

I think of a personnality-based challenge option working
like this:at the beginning of the game you choose some personnality traits for your leader and when you are in adequation with it (military victory for agressive,alliances for pacifist,and so on),it affect the chance of having celebration.

The problem with the newspaper I that from a graphical side it's b***y hard

To start with I suggest we get some pictures sorted for:

City celebrates

City riots

City rebels

City attacked

City attacked with special weapons

City captured

We can do this for all the ages which may look cool

And for the name of the news paper the “Apolyton Times”

i thought the idea was for a news paper. The image you suggested brings the idea of death. You would expect happiness too fall but the picture allow would push it too far down

Another idea would be to add them to the message boxes, actual the message box also needs some resizing function.

And also some images for government changed would be cool, what about the AI entity for Technocratia.
