i'd say uninstall the game, then reinstall it. then run the 1.2 updater and the 1.21 hack the BirdMan suggested. it should work then.

do you have windows XP? I do and I have to change the "compatability" of the program to run in "windows 98" mode. otherwise my game crashes all the time. I hope that helps.

Alternatively, have someone else start the game and don't worry about it!!

I think the Jamaicans needs some satisfaction - and many of the city-names are cute - so I take that nation. Name McMax (know that sound scottish - but what the h.ck .... HighPriest, Comrade, Chairman McMax..... not bad ! ).
