are headed to some brazilian cities down south. So please let me by. As long as I'm off the tiles that are used by your cities, that's international waters, right?

Regarding national waters, you're right. But what guarantee do I have that you won't get in and out of national waters just to map the area? In order to prevent that I'd rather stop you from heading south. Besides, as I already mentioned there are no Brazilian cities anymore so no reason to go further south.Comment

Not to mention that by trading off my maps you will be able to see not only my land but everybody's land. Now that wouldn't be fair, would it?
