actually Sabre Rattling is the act of not unsheathing but merely or "veiled" threats

what i did was moved beyond rattling and actually striking my enemies

This turn

I attacked with 6 Nuclear Warheads

I sent three to Germany and did the following damage

Dusseldorf reduced to a size 2
Duisberg reduced to a size 2
Jaipur reduced to a size 2

For the Scots I reduced the following cities severly

Aberdeen,Falkirk and Sterling (which had 4 tanks parked outside all were vaporized)

Now I can control my urges if they can decide to control theres

or I can simply swith tom high gear and make brown tiles out of the areas surrounding my Immense Kingdom

On the pollution issue, it seems that in CtP the radioactive cloud goes back to the original source?? I haven't noticed any ill-effects on my own civ yet.
