As long as his intentions are purely peaceful, Durak grants him full access to all Durakian-German coastal waters, for the primary purpose of observation of our Great Campaign against the German foe. Durak asks only that he (1) does not anchor at any fisheries, so as to disrupt food production. Also, Durak requests that he (2) does not engage the naval or land forces of ANY nation whilst visiting in our coastal waters.
